In-Personal or Virtual PD Services

R.E.A.D. Intervention offers educational consulting, training, and coaching for schools looking to implement effective literacy instruction. Our goal is to meet the needs of our clients in the most efficient and effective way possible, which is why we tailor our professional development services to meet each school’s unique challenges. 

The instructional content delivered focuses on the findings of the National Reading Panel Report as well as the on-going research. Our training focuses on:

  • Phonemic Awareness
  • Phonics
  • Fluency
  • Vocabulary
  • Comprehension 
  • Writing


After working together to identify areas that require training or coaching, we will propose a professional development plan that suits your school’s needs. 

Services can be scheduled in the following ways:

  • Hourly
  • Half Day (3 hours)
  • By the project
